Instead, it is written for people commonly referred to as users in the computer biz. These are the people whose job requires them to use a computer as an adjunct to their real job, which may not have anything to do with computers. Note - this is the .pdf adaptation of the original 2001 publication by Alan Simpson, and it is huge (16408kb) so it takes a while to download.
